I am Line, illustrator and pattern designer. I design flowery worlds inspired by English gardens, my grandmothers' household linens and Indian fabrics brought back by my traveling friends. I bring old textile pattern designs back to life, giving them a touch of modernity, while retaining what makes them beautiful and timeless. I like the idea that each pattern opens a little poetic world in the everyday world.
I deeply believe that my profession contributes, in its humble measure and in collaboration with brands, to circulating life, joy and beauty in people's daily lives. My designs are showcases for the things of ordinary life. Above all, I like to create inspiring universes in which we feel good and enjoy settling in for an indefinite period.
